BLACK FRIDAY — SPECIAL RETURNS NOTICE

During Black Friday, items discounted at 40% or 50% can only be exchanged for another item or returned in exchange for a voucher with no expiration date.
All other Black Friday items follow our standard exchange and return policy.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to request an exchange or return.
  • Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

RETURN COSTS

  • Returns from Spain: €6
  • Returns from the EU: €15
  • Returns from other countries: €25

Customs fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused at the destination, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.


REFUNDS
Once the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. You have two options:

  • Instant refund via bank transfer.
  • Refund to the original card, which may take up to 10 days.

The refund amount will be the original purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
You have 3 days from receiving your order to report any defect or issue with the product.

 

EXCHANGES

  • The first exchange is free.
  • For size exchanges, items must be new, unworn, with tags, original packaging, and properly packed.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

  • Items purchased in physical stores can be returned within 14 days.
  • In these cases, a store credit will be issued for the corresponding amount (cash or card refunds are not available).


ACCESSORIES

  • Sales of accessories (capes, bandanas, and bags) are final.
  • We do not accept exchanges or returns on these items.
