Preorders
Preorder items are products that are not currently in stock but will be available from a specific future date. When a product is available for preorder, you'll see the PREORDER button on the product page instead of ADD TO CART, along with the estimated shipping date.
Once the item becomes available, your order will be processed and shipped as a regular purchase, with national deliveries taking 48-72 hours. All preorder items follow the same exchange and return policy as in-stock items. Thank you for your patience! All orders above >120€ have free shipping in Spain and Portugal.
The customer is responsible for customs expenses, and in the event of not accepting them, they will not receive a full refund, but the shipping costs for both delivery and return will be deducted.

Once your order has shipped from our distribution center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will provide the estimated delivery timeframe and a tracking number so you can monitor your order at any time.
Issues with my order

Domestic shipping typically takes 48-72 hours, while international shipping can take up to 5-7 business days. If your order includes items on preorder, the estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page on the website.

2. Fill in the fields with your order number, email address, and the product in question.
3. Select the "Defective Item" option if you received a faulty item, or "The company sent the wrong product or size" if you received an item different from what you ordered.

It is very important to include your order number in the email and to notify us as soon as possible.
We're sorry that you received a duplicate order. To resolve this issue and return the duplicate order, please follow these steps:

- Fill in the fields with your order number, email address, and the item you wish to return.
- Select the option “The company sent the wrong product or size.”
Once you have completed the required fields, you will receive a return label at your email address to process the return of the duplicate order.

To return a product, you have 14 days from the date of receipt. It is important that the product is returned in the same condition it was purchased. To start the process, please:
1. Go to the following link: https://returns.itsrever.com/baymo
2. Fill in the required fields with your order ID and purchase email.
3. Complete the remaining fields with the options that best suit you.
Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email informing you of the refund processed to the card used for the purchase. This email will be sent within a maximum of 15 business days.

First exchange is free of charge. You have 14 days from the receipt of your item to process any changes. It’s important to return the product in the same condition it was purchased. To start the process:
1. Go to https://returns.itsrever.com/baymo
2. Fill in the required fields with your order ID and purchase email.
3. Select “Change Size” or “Exchange for a New Item.”
4. Choose the size or item you want.

We're sorry to inform you that we do not accept returns for capes or bags.
The refund will be processed to the card used for the purchase within a maximum of 15 business days. If you have not received your refund by the indicated date, please do not hesitate to contact us at help@baymo.com
Orders placed with the in-store pickup option must be collected within 10 business days from the notification of availability.
If the order is not picked up within 10 business days, it will be automatically returned, and a fee of €6 will be charged.
Yes. However, items with a 40% or 50% discount can only be exchanged for another item or returned for a store credit with no expiration date.
All other Black Friday items follow our standard returns and exchange policy.
Location
At the moment, we are only physically located in Barcelona, at C/Laforja 73. However, you can always place your order online and process an exchange of size/item free of charge!
