The first exchange is free of charge.
Returns of orders from Spain have a cost of 6€.
Returns of orders from the EU have a cost of 15€.
Returns of orders from other countries have a cost of 25€.
Preorders follow the same return and exchange policy as all other items: 14 days from the date you receive your order.
All accessory sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items such as bandanas, capes, and bags.
BLACK FRIDAY
Items purchased during Black Friday with a 40% or 50% discount can only be exchanged for another item or returned for a store credit with no expiration date.
All other Black Friday items follow our standard exchange and return policy.
