When will I receive my order?
National orders are delivered within 48-72 hours. International orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
Orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday on the same day as long as they are made before 2:00 p.m. (Orders received after 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the next day).
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there will be no deliveries.
BAYMO is not responsible for delays in the delivery for reasons beyond our control.
How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping cost will be calculated at check out.
The customer is responsible for customs expenses, and in the event of not accepting them, they will not receive a full refund, but the shipping costs for both delivery and return will be deducted.

How can I locate my order?
As soon as your order has left our distribution center, you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email and SMS indicating the expected delivery time and the tracking number. You will be able to track your purchase by clicking on the tracking number.
