What will your main responsibilities be?
- Welcome and assist our customers, providing a warm, honest and personalized shopping experience.
- Take care of the store’s visual merchandising, ensuring it reflects the BAYMO identity: order, warmth and attention to detail.
- Manage inventory, stock control and checkout operations.
- Contribute to achieving the store’s commercial objectives.
- Work closely with the team to provide an excellent shopping experience and ensure the smooth running of the store.

Job Description

We are looking for a Community Manager who is creative and highly connected to the world of social media to join our team in Barcelona.
The role will focus on managing and growing our social media channels, especially Instagram and TikTok, with a strong focus on content creation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and engage our Instagram and TikTok communities.
- Create, shoot and edit content.
- Actively participate on camera.
- Identify trends and adapt them to the BAYMO universe.
- Plan and manage the content calendar.
- Create content for collections, campaigns, events and stores.
- Monitor and analyze content performance.
Profile
We are looking for a creative, proactive and spontaneous person who is passionate about social media, fashion and trends.
We particularly value:
- Experience managing social media and creating content.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok.
- Natural and comfortable presence on camera.
- Ability to independently shoot and edit video content.
- Creativity, strong visual judgment and attention to detail.
